Criticism, Constructive?

Today has been a great day. Ive fixed everything ive needed to and im feeling much better even my cough is going away more and more each day. when you feel sick everything seems so much worse than it really is one day it'll be different and being sick will only last a day and people with be tons happier then they are now, and more optimistic. being surronded by a lot of pessimistic people it makes it so much more fun to be an optimist. but every optimist has a bad day and can turn quite pessimistic even more so when there a girl. helping people is my quest and i enjoy it but once it a while i just dont know if the way im going about it is working anymore. it try to give constructive criticism but im afraid that it comes out negatively. if i have given you advice you found to be rude them im sorry. love to you all. live in the moment.
